The legal, political, and cultural landscape for workplace equity has shifted considerably in recent years, and yet Employee Resource Groups are still doing the work. This panel brings together people actively leading and participating in ERGs to explore what it looks like inside these groups right now. What’s changed, what’s been challenging, and what’s working? We’ll hear from ERG leaders about how they’re navigating a more complex environment, supporting their members, and finding new ways to keep community alive at work as institutional support has evolved.
