Our Approach

Most firms treat equity and organizational change as separate workstreams. We integrate them into one practice, because sustainable change requires structural redesign and human dynamics work happening together. We’ve been partnering with organizations for over a decade to support teams and individuals on their journey to create a more inclusive and compassionate workplace that works for everyone.

Change without people work doesn’t last. People work without structural change doesn’t scale.

You can run the best workshop in the world and watch it evaporate in a quarter if the systems underneath never change. You can redesign every process on paper and still lose people if nobody addresses how they’re actually experiencing the change. We built Inclusion Geeks on the conviction that these aren’t two separate projects. They’re one.

Our Process

  1. 1

    Consult

We start by understanding your goals and needs, asking the right questions so we can tailor a program to your organization specifically.

  2. 2

    Design

We shape a program at a high level, then capture every detail, deliverables included, in a draft scope of work.

  3. 3

    Review

We walk through the draft scope together, confirm we’re aligned, and make any adjustments in real time.

  4. 4

    Finalize

We turn the agreed scope into a signed agreement, ready for your final approval.

  5. 5

    Launch

Within days of signing, we introduce your full Inclusion Geeks team and get to work on content and logistics.

Our Theory of Change

Our theory of change moves through five stages that any organization can go through, no matter how big the change or how small. Each stage feeds the next: awareness sparks assessment, activation drives action, and accountability keeps the whole system in balance. This is how we help organizations anticipate change, center people, and design solutions that last.

01

Awareness

Recognizing the need for change and understanding the ecosystem of factors that shape your workplace.

02

Assessment

Gathering insight and data to understand your current environment and where there’s room to grow.

03

Activation

Building capacity through education, dialogue, and shared learning.

04

Action + Application

Putting learning into motion through practice, coaching, and real-world experimentation.

05

Accountability

Reinforcing progress through continuous feedback and adaptive systems.

We Take a Socio-Ecological Approach

We believe workplaces are living ecosystems nested within larger social systems. Sustainable transformation happens when change moves through every layer of that ecosystem, from the individual all the way to the collective.

Diagram of the Inclusion Geeks socio-ecological model: nested circles moving from individual to interpersonal, organizational, and societal levels of change

Individual

Expanding self-awareness, skills, and resilience to navigate and lead change.

Interpersonal

Building trust and accountability in relationships and team dynamics.

Organizational

Redesigning structures, systems, and practices to support fairness and adaptability.

Societal

Connecting organizational change to broader movements toward equity and sustainability.
