Felicia Jadczak

Felicia is a Co-Founder and Partner at Inclusion Geeks. She is a recognized speaker and thought leader, with personal experience with topics including: women in the workforce, the multiracial experience, and disability. She worked in the technology industry for over ten years, specializing in the creation and development of innovative programs and solutions, before co-founding Inclusion Geeks. Felicia received a BA in Comparative Literature (French, English) from Haverford College. She holds an MBA and a Master of Science in Information Systems from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University and is also the recipient of Georgetown University’s Certificate in Strategic Diversity and Inclusion Management.

As Partner and Co-Founder, I lead strategy, operations, and content development at Inclusion Geeks, where we help organizations build change-ready cultures through strategic foresight and equity-centered design. I focus on business strategy and infrastructure, working closely with my partner on organizational transformation.

Kaelyn Kam

Operations Manager

Kaelyn Kam

Kaelyn is the Operations Manager for Inclusion Geeks. She has a background in event management where she’s led multiple teams through successful events. Event management has helped her in finding her passion for logistics. She enjoys learning a process, taking a process apart and re-creating the process to become more streamlined or efficient for a team. Based on firsthand experience, Kaelyn is passionate about increasing diversity and inclusion within the workplace. Kaelyn received her BA in Marketing from West Virginia University. In 2017, she traded in the mountains of West Virginia for the beaches of Virginia. Kaelyn enjoys binge watching TV shows, attempting to make a recipe vegetarian, or spending time with her family.
